Mr. Rideout,
Thank you for reaching out. There is nothing to enter right now, then. When the operation does break ground and has
potential discharges, please notify us of the outfalls so we can enter them with coordinates into our permitting
system. What is the COC number? I will record this correspondence in the digital repository for future reference.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Ms. Georgoulias
We received the letter regarding the submittal of information on site outfalls for E- Reporting. In regard to Permit
NCG20000, we have yet to break ground so outfalls have not yet been created. We currently submit an annual DMR
stating that the site is yet to be disturbed. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed with the requirement to submit
outfall information.
Thanks
