degrees/minutes/seconds format.
3) Please answer question 8 by identifying the stormwater outfall(s) that are on site and providing
the latitude and longitude of each outfall in degrees/minutes/seconds format.
4) Please provide a computer -generated Site Map with the following labeled:
a. Outline of drainage areas
b. Stormwater management structures
c. Location of stormwater outfall(s)
d. Runoff conveyance structures
e. Areas where materials and/or boats are stored
f. Impervious areas
g. Site property lines
h. Boat maintenance, blasting, painting, and washing areas
i. Location of services and activities listed in question 7b
