Inspection Summary:
On September 11, 2020, a remote SWPPP review was conducted following a compliance inspection on August 12, 2020
which revealed that the SWPPP had not been reviewed or updated since 2014. There were no apparent deficiencies with the
updated SWPPP, which now satsisfies the requirements of the NCG130000 permit. A follow-up compliance inspection of the
facility has been planned for September 17, 2020.
