In accordance with the groundwater monitoring and reporting
requirements of MCAS Cherry Point's Non-NPDES permit WQ0001489 for
Land Application of Wastewater Residuals, enclosed are the
original and one copy of the GW-59-A report and the four GW-59
reports (one each for monitoring wells 1, 2, 3, and 5) for the
triennial reporting for June 2020.

Construction of an access gate has been requested and we will complete sampling when it is put in place.
