Patrick - here's the signed permit modification showing Messer, LLC as the owner of the Midland [former Linde] facility.
We will send you new version of the General Permit as soon as it is renewed. I'll also mail you a hard copy of these
documents.

There are two items noted:
1) The CoC lists both "Messer, LLC" and "Linde LLC' - both of these should be "Messer LLC"
2) There isn't an expiration date noted -is this something you'll add?

The only issue is the facility location like you mentioned.
Also, this CoC does not indicate an expiration. Is this an oversight of their part or will there be a future CoC with the
renewal date?

Patrick — our database shows the ownership was changed in May 2019, but I can't find a copy of the ownership change
paperwork that should have been sent to you.
The contact person we have for this facility is Mr. James J. Brister. Should you replace him?
I've prepared the corrected CoC. A draft of it and the new map is attached. Take a look and let me know if any changes
are necessary. I can finalize and sign the CoC once you've had a look at it.
Sorry about this. It's possible the paperwork was misfiled after the database was updated. That doesn't happen often,
but sometimes....

Hello Charles,
We spoke a few months back regarding the CoC for our location in Midland. In him bringing me up to speed, the site
manager says he never received confirmation that our CoC was ever updated to reflect the "Linde" to "Messer" name
change (we used an environmental consulting company to process and provide all the necessary updates to the
regulatory agencies).
Is this something you are able to confirm for me? Additionally, if the name change was processed, is there a way we can
get a copy of the new CoC that reflects that change?
