Control Inspector, Anne Loftin (704-579-1090), to set up a pre -construction meeting after obtaining your
Certificate of Coverage (COC) from NCDEQ. Refer to the attached Fact Sheet for additional information.

print. Please keep one set of stamped plans onsite at all times.
