Subject: Narrative for 316 South Main Street Townhomes
316 South Main Street Townhomes is located in Rowan County, North Carolina. On May 27,
202o a conditional use site plan was approved to build 24 townhomes. The total impervious
area for the site is 1.19 ac.
Stormwater treatment is based on the Simple Method for a 1-inch storm.
Stormwater detention is based on the 1-year and io-year storms and the analysis was performed
with HydroCAD. Below is a summary of the results:

A seasonal high water table elevation calculation was performed by Ground Technical Services,
Inc. and it was determined to be 806.5 feet.

16, 2009.
