Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received November 19, 2019. However, Division of Water Resources' records indicate that Permit No.
WQ0029025 has overdue annual fees. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0120(c), permit renewals shall not be
granted if the applicant or any affiliation has not paid an annual fee in accordance with Rule .0105(e)(2).
Please address the items listed below no later than the close of business on March 12, 2020. Please
be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina rules and
regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are still the
Applicant's responsibility. In addition, failure to provide the additional information on or before the above
requested date may result in your application being returned as incomplete.
Payment can be remitted in the form of a check, money order, or electronic funds transfer made
payable to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality in the amount of $240.00 for the

The Permittee is responsible for paying the annual fee for administering and compliance
monitoring. Please remit payment to the following address:

If the non -discharge system has not been constructed, or if it is no longer active, the permit may be
rescinded. By rescinding the permit, all overdue annual fees will be waived; however, if it is desired to
again construct and/or operate the subject non -discharge system, a new non -discharge permit shall be
applied for and received. Permit rescission requests may be emailed to Non-
Dischar.ge.Reports&ncdenr.gov.
If the Permittee no longer owns the non -discharge system, the Permittee is still responsible for the
permit and annual fees. As noted in the permit, the subject permit is not transferrable with the land. A
Change of Ownership application shall be submitted, and a permit reissued to the new landowner to release
the current Permittee from all responsibilities. For the most recent Change of Ownership application, please
email Non -Di scharge.Reportskncdenr.gov, and the form will be provided. This application shall be
completed by both the current Permittee and the new landowner, and mailed to the address listed above.
