If the Permittee no longer owns the non -discharge system, the Permittee is still responsible for the permit and annual fees. As noted in the permit, the subject permit is not transferrable with the land. A Change of Ownership application shall be submitted, and a permit reissued to the new landowner to release the current Permittee from all responsibilities.
