Box 1358 Burlington,NC 27216-1358 Subject: Toxicity Test Results East Burlington POTW NPDES Permit No. NCO023868 Alamance County Dear Mr. Patterson: Please find attached a copy of the toxicity test results for samples obtained from the East Burlington effluent. Aliquots from the East Burlington composite sample were collected on August 11 and 13, 2020 by Mike Mickey and Jordan Burbage of this office for use in a chronic Ceriodaphnia dubia pass/fail toxicity test conducted by the Division's Aquatic Toxicology Branch laboratory. The East Burlington POTW effluent passed this test at the permitted effluent concentration of 36%. The test j treatment survival rate was 100%.
