Mr. Stewart:
I recently conducted a NPDES compliance inspection for Crooked Creek WWTP (NPDES Permit #NC0069841) in Union
County, NC. The facility reported that bio-solids are taken to South Carolina for land application under SC Permit #
ND0089044. As part of the compliance inspection I would like to know the date of last site inspection by DHEC of the
land application site.
