This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0007617. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. NC0007617 I11 12I 20/09/03 117 18 1 C, Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) On 9/4/2020 Paul Mays and Robbie Bullock with the Division of Water Resources from the Washington Regional Office visited Garland F Fulcher Seafood for a compliance evaluation. Below are the findings of the compliance evaluation. The facility was well maintained, and the grounds were clean. July 2019 and July 2020 eDMRs were checked with lab data to see if reporting was consistent with lab results. It was found that TSS and Oil and Grease were not reported correctly. The two parameters were reported as mg/I from lab results instead of Ibs/day as required by permit. Staff responsible for eDMR reports were given the equation necessary to convert the lab result from mg/I to a Ibs/day so that TSS and Oil and Grease can be reported correctly in the future. PPI-001 Crab processing has not been utilized since 2006 and there was no evidence to suggest otherwise PPI-002 was fully functional and well maintained. PPI-003 was fully functional and well maintained. PPI-004 Boiler blowdown was sold off and has not been unitized since 2006. There was no evidence tc suggest anything to the contrary.
