Transportation Project along SR 1860 (Gordon williams Road) in Cumberland County. The
project will be completed in compliance with NCDENR Division of Water Quality General
Certification 3704, and, USACE Nationwide Permit #14.
This project is being submitted under the 401 Automated Payment Procedure. The State
Project Number is 6C.026065 and the permit fee is $240.00
