From the town of Four Oaks, take US 301 N to Keen Road and take a right onto Keen Road. Go approximately 1.25
miles to the intersection with NC 96. Note: you will cross over 1-95 approximately 0.5 mile from the intersection of Keen
Road and US 301. Turn right (south) onto NC 96 and proceed approximately 1.0 mile to the gated entrance on the east
southeast side of the project site.
Please attach a map of the site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and a copy of the latest bound
and published County soil survey with the project/site boundaries delineated. A site plan should also be included
for all projects other than stream and wetland determinations.
