This correspondence is related to the above referenced project. Please ensure AID# SAW-2000-
00671 is provided on all correspondence related to this project. AID# SAW-2020-00671 has
been disassociated with this project and your request has been withdrawn. This notice is to
inform you that your recent request does not comply with the terms and conditions of a
Nationwide Permit due to existing, cumulative impacts associated with the Kings Grant
development, which exceed the threshold limits of our general permits. According to our
records, the subject lot was designed to avoid impacts to onsite aquatic resources. Should you
determine that impacts are now required to develop the property, you will need to submit a
request to modify the existing Individual Permit and provide mitigation. Due to current
workload constraints, we request that you inform us as soon as possible of your intentions to
either avoid impacts by redesigning the layout or to request a modification.
