there is erosion happening at the lake edge.

Within the 30" buffer, vegetation includes mountain laurel bushes, holly
trees, and about 30-40 trees of varying sizes. With the exception of weed
and underbrush removal, we will leave the current vegetation alone.

o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
