Comments:
We're proposing a very minor encroachment into Zone 2. Less than 12' deep into
Zone 2 (10" encroachment) with a length of less than 10'. Totaling less than 10
square feet of bummer impact.

Reduction in overall size of the porch project to minimize the propose buffer
impact/encroachment.

Because the proposed project is on a sloped backyard, there will be mostly manual
labor (no heavy equipment used) to remove the existing deck as well as build the
new porch project.
