Dear Mr. Anderson:
Shuying Wang, the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Winston-Salem Regional Office
(WSRO), visited the Belews Creek Steam Station on August 26, 2020 to perform Compliance
Evaluation Inspection. The inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0024406.
The assistance and cooperation of Brenda Johnson, Barry Jones, and other relevant staff are greatly
appreciated. Details of the inspection are recorded on the attached EPA Water Compliance
Inspection Report.
There were no significant issues noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to
this inspection report is not required.
