Mike,
I plan to conduct a site visit within the next couple of weeks. After the site visit, I will e-mail comments to you regarding
issuance of coverage under the NCG210000 General Permit per their NOI submittal and whether or not representative
outfall status is appropriate per their request.

Subject: Update on NCG210485
Michael Lawyer:
I spoke with Chuck Pakala regarding NCG210485 (Active Energy Renewable Power in Lumberton). He is seeking
representative outfall status for Outfall 4 as the site is mostly inactive and this is the only outfall where any industrial
activity takes place. When do you think someone would be able to do a field inspection on this site and what are your
thoughts on the representative outfall status? Thank you so much!
Very Respectfully,
Mike
