The new sewer line path was sited to minimize length through the wetlands.
The building and parking were clustered at the front of the lot in uplands.
The stormwater basin shape was adjusted to follow the wetland boundary to avoid impacts. The outlet and dissipator were sited outside of the wetland.

Sediment and erosion control measures will be used, such as silt fencing, to protect water quality. Construction limits will be clearly marked through
wetlands. No clearing will occur in wetlands outside of the proposed impact area. Temporary discharge of excavated materials into wetlands will be for
the minimum period of time necessary to accomplish the work and will be fully contained with appropriate erosion control or containment methods.

This letter is simply a statement of availability of credits as of the date written. Although current
inventory is high, the letter is not a guarantee of availability as credits will be sold on a first come, first
serve basis. An invoice for this transaction will be sent upon your request and we will formally reserve
both the credits and price quoted for a period of 30 days from the invoice at no cost.
Final transfer of the credits will be made upon completion of the Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Form

information about natural heritage resources for the project referenced above.
Based on the project area mapped with your request, a query of the NCNHP database indicates that

present within the county where your project occurs, the proposed action has the potential to
adversely affect those species. As such, we recommend that surveys be conducted to determine

Heritage program data should not be substituted for actual field surveys.
If you determine that the proposed action may affect (i.e., likely to adversely affect or not likely
to adversely affect) a federally -protected species, you should notify this office with your
determination, the results of your surveys, survey methodologies, and an analysis of the effects
of the action on listed species, including consideration of direct, indirect, and cumulative effects,
before conducting any activities that might affect the species. If you determine that the proposed
action will have no effect (i.e., no beneficial or adverse, direct or indirect effect) on federally
listed species, then you are not required to contact our office for concurrence (unless an
Environmental Impact Statement is prepared). However, you should maintain a complete record
