Our office has reviewed the minor modification application and we have no issues with the transfer of the 40,000 GPD
LLP field from Corolla Lt. #1 (WQ0006254) to Monteray Shores (WQ0009772). This would be effective upon the closure
of the Corolla Lt. #1 facility and the recission of that permit. Our office has already received and reviewed a closure plan
for Corolla Lt. #1.
In addition, monitoring wells MW-4, MW-5, and MW-6, which are associated with the LLP field should also be
transferred to the Monteray Shores permit.
