Inspection Summary:
On August 25, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Tiffany Crosby on site. No major issues were
noted during the inspection. However, the site map did not meet all requirements of the NCGO30000 General Permit. Please
modify and update the site map as necessary as outlined in the NCG030000 General Permit.
Additionally, be advised that the previously issued Tier Relief and Representative Outfall Status shall be considered
rescinded upon receipt of this report and a re -instatement of these conditions shall be requested and evaluated as needed.
