Based on the potential to impact COD I recommend an individual permit.

Subject: NCG050446 Not Recommended Coverage
James Moore:
I came across your inspection for NCG050446 (Michelin Aircraft Tire Co in Norwood) and saw that you did not
recommend coverage under NCG050000. Is coverage under a different general permit recommended, or does this site
need an individual permit? Thank you so much.
Very Respectfully,
Michael Meloy
