On July 14, 2020 this site was inspected following a rescission request by the permittee stating that the facility was
"misidentified as needing a permit" and is exempt from stormwater permitting. The inspection revealed no discrepancies with
the rescission request and the site conditions do not necessitate industrial stormwater coverage. Rescission of general
permit coverage is recommended for this facility.
