Dear Sir:
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is currently constructing Section C of T.I.P.
R-2814. This is the US 401 (Rolesville Bypass)from NC 96(Zebulon Road)to SR 1103(Flat Rock Church
Road/Clifton Pond Road)in Wake and Franklin Counties.
The current permit expiration date is December 31, 2020. In order to complete construction in permitted
jurisdictional areas for the project, NCDOT requests that the permit expiration date be extended to
December 31,2022.
