On May 29, 2009, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated May 26, 2009 to,
impact 700 square feet (ft) of Zone 1 protected riparian buffers protected riparian buffers to construct the
proposed access path. On June 12, 2009, the DWQ sent a Request For More Information letter to you
requiring a response from you within 30 calendar days. As of today the DWQ has not received the
requested information or any further correspondence from you. For this reason your application is
hereby considered returned.
Additional Information Requested on June 12, 2009:
1. Please provide a location map/most recent NRCS soil survey map/USGS 1:24,000 topographic
map for the project.
2. Please re-submit your site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1"=50'.
3. Please enumerate all riparian buffer impacts on the site plan and clearly label impacts (Buffer
Impact 1, etc.).
4. Please locate all isolated or non-isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as
overlays on the site plan.
5. Please locate all of the protected riparian buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly showing
Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Once you have redesigned your project to address the problems and inadequacies with your application as
it was submitted, you will need to reapply for DWQ approval.
