Facility Overview:
The Dallas WWTP is a minor municipal facility with no significant industrial discharges and no
pretreatment program. The facility has a design flowrate of 0.60 MGD and a maximum daily
flow rate of 1.7759 MGD for 2018, which occurred in September of 2018 during Hurricane
Florence.
Compliance History:
Only two enforcement cases during last permit cycle (2015). Facility has only failed one TOX
test within the past three years.
