Comment: DOT Div 7 DEO, inspectors and contractors met at project office and proceeded to review eight permit
sites. All sites were completed and built to plans. Project was in the process of filling to grade in some
areas. Other areas were at grade elevation and covered/seeded. Investigated one area of sediment loss
from last week. The site was repaired and wottles place around storm drain. Sites 10, 10a, 13, 13a, 14,
15, 15a and 16 were reviewed.
