The DWR has reviewed your courtesy PCN for the emergency stabilization of Bridge 230368 along SR 1503 over Porter
Swamp in Columbus County. The DWR concurs that the project does not require a written concurrence/general
certification letter. Please be reminded that you must still comply with the activity specific conditions and general
conditions set for in the Water Quality General Certification#4132 (GC#4132) that corresponds to the USACE's
Nationwide 3 (NW 3).
For future reference the DWR has assigned this project the DWR project#20201088.
