The inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0024406. The assistance and cooperation of Brenda Johnson, Barry Jones, and other relevant staff are greatly appreciated. Details of the inspection are recorded on the attached EPA Water Compliance Inspection Report. There were no significant issues noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. Decanting was almost done. The facility was clean and well maintained. Major components of the treatment system were inspected and were in operation and well maintained. No discrepancies from the permit were noted. Outfalls 001, 005 and 006, and internal outfalls,002, 003A, and 006A, were inspected. Effluent waters or receiving waters at outfalls were free of foam other than trace amount noted at 001.
