Thanks Matt.
Rick Roper is still the manager at Marshall Steam Station. I'll have to go to the station to get the up to date storm water
data results.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Duke Energy Permit Renewal Application
Hi Robert,
I appreciate you taking the time to speak with us yesterday. I am working on the Marshall Renewal today, and I wanted
to make sure my information is still correct. It looks like this permit renewal application was submitted in October of last
year, so I wanted to make sure there were not any changes in management since then that I would need to update in
our database. Additionally, could you send me an updated summary of your Discharge Monitoring Data for Marshall that
includes data up to the most recent sampling period? I understand that the priority right now is the Asheville Major
Mod, so there is no need to prioritize this over the Asheville BMP description.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVI D-1 9, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of staff and the public. Many employees are working remotely or are
on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time.
