Effective November 19, 2019 the undersigned Manager of IT'S FARM TIME, LLC, pursuant to the provisions of the Operating
Agreement of the limited liability company, hereby authorizes BRAD MERCER to act on behalf and with full authority of the limited
liability company and the Manager with respect to the acquisition, disposition or leasing of any real property, the borrowing of funds to
be secured by any real property owned or to be owned by the limited liability company, and the granting of any deed of trust or other
security document on behalf of the limited liability company in favor of any lender and obtaining permits necessary for the development
of property.
This is effective as of November 19, 2019 and expiring the 18th day of November, 2022.
