Our Level B model (steady- state, desktop) does not address these types of streams with an accu- rate simulation of the impacts of wastewater. DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT May 18, 1987 MEMORANDUM TO: Allen Wahab FROM: Carla Sanderson fj THROUGH: Trevor Clements RE: 201 Facilities Plan Crooked Creek Wastewater Facilities I have reviewed the 201 Facilities Plan for the South Fork Crooked Creek WWTP. The effluent limits as written in the plan are in agree- ment with the waste load allocation given to this facility. If there are any further questions, please contact Trevor Clements or myself. Thank you. CS:gh April 28, 1987 TO: Trevor Clements Water Quality Section FROM: Stephanie Richardson Construction Grants Section it SUBJECT: AT Checklist Crooked Creek VNTP Union County Project No. C370379-01 On April 15, 1987, we received an amendment to the Union County 201 Facility Plan outlining the proposed sewer service to Indian Creek and Stallings. The proposed treatment facility will be a .650 mgd facility designed to handle .3595 domestic flow, .2474 industrial flow and .042 I/I. The plant discharge is near the intersection of the South Fork Creek and S.R. 1515 (see attached map). The design is currently being based on limits of Winter 5/2/30 and Summer 10/4/30. Please advise if this is the correct assumption. Since this project is scheduled for funding this year we would request an AT checklist be forwarded to us by June 15, 1987.
