Congleton Road (WQ0039770, 02/13/18). At final build -out the neighborhood will consist of 170 single family lots and amenities that is served with sanitary sewer outfalls between two (2) existing Cape Fear Public Utility Authority manholes [Sentry Oaks Pump Station (SSA-131) to the north and Intracoastal Watch PS (SSA-115) to the south]. The new owner, Clayton Properties Group, Inc., has since revised a minor portion of the development that has resulted in the need to modify the sanitary sewer network and associated permitting. The revised total flow numbers for each pump station are as follows. Sentry Oaks PS — 113 lots and amenity (41,634 gpd) and Intracoastal PS — 57 lots (20,520 gpd). The previous approved permit included 53 lots (19,080 gpd) to the Intracoastal PS. As a result, this modification only requires permitting an additional 4 lots to satisfy the site changes (1,440 gpd). Also, please note that the previous approved permit included the flow of 56 lots (20,160 gpd) to Sentry Oaks PS which will remain and not be affected by this modification. The total flow for the site, all of which is going to Mckean-Maffit Wastewater Treatment Plant, has not changed. The previously permitted gravity sewer line length was 8,060 If. The site changes have resulted in needing 8,450 if of total gravity sewer; therefore, please find that this modification includes 3901f to make up the difference. 9xwxmm.- Division of Water Resources State of North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Division of Water Resources 15A NCAC 02T .0300 — FAST TRACK SEWER SYSTEM EXTENSION APPLICATION FTA 04-16 & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION Application Number: (to be completed by DWR) All items must be completed or the application will be returned I.
