Dear Ms. Lucas:
Active Energy Renewable Power (AERP) located at 1885 Alamac Road, Lumberton, North
Carolina, is pleased to submit the attached State NPDES Stormwater General Permit
Recession Request Form for NCG 170133 associated with Alamac American Knits (AAK)
located at the above described address. Please note Alamac American Knits sold the subject
property/facility to AERP on March 21, 2019 and the proof of the deed is attached with this
letter for your information. Therefore, AERP is the current owner and we are planning to
operate the facility for timber products. We had submitted a new NPDES Stormwater General
Permit (NCG210000) on August 14, 2020 to operate our facility.

BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of County or Rural Road No.2289, said point being the
northwest corner of the Alamac property that is located on the east side of said road and runs

the centerline of said road, said point being marked by an iron stake in the cast right of way line
of said Rural Road No. 2289, said iron stake being 75 feet at right angles east of the centerline of
