The subdivision ordinance with the watershed section is attached. See Article IX on
attachments:
page 31.The watershed section is also contained within the zoning ordinance, but
a much bigger document to send. Both ordinances are available online at the
Town's website: www.townoflandis.com
With the required updates for compliance with the new 160D statutes, the
ordinances will be updated.
If the watershed regulations are not triggered for development then the Phase II
Post -construction kick in.
