ERIC BOYETTE SECRETARY Subject: As -Built Report for Stream Remediation on the UT to Cape Fear River Mitigation Site, Harnett County, TIP Project No. B-4138WM, USACE Permit Action ID: SAW-2003-00357, NCDWR Project No. 20091321 Dear Ms. Hair, Per USACE Permit Special Condition #8 and NCDWR Permit Conditions #1 and #2, please find enclosed the B-4138 UT to Cape Fear River As -Built Reports. These as -built reports consist of the stream remediation that was completed on the B-4138 Bridge No. 46 on US 401/NC 210 over the Cape Fear River. The Division 6 Resident Engineer responsible for administering the contract has certified that the site was constructed according to the construction plan sheets, with any exceptions noted in this As -Built Report. Due to seasonal planting limits, the streambank reforestation has not yet been completed. It is scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2020- 2021. This completion date will be included in all future monitoring reports. The following information has been included as part of the As -Built Report: 1) Stream Remediation Locations, 2) Cross Section, Photo Point and Vegetation Plot Locations, 3) Reforestation and Detail Sheets. The site will be monitored for steam stability and vegetation survival for five years.
