As of 3:00 pm this afternoon, the filters at CWE are in full bypass. This is a change from what I
communicated to you last week. However, we found out that operationally it was going to be
problematic to remove only one filter at a time.

Good afternoon Roberto,
This communication is to notify you that the UV disinfection for CWE WWTP is back on line as
of 11:30 am today. Also, Aqua plans to begin removal of the Tertiary Filters beginning on
Monday, August 10, 2020. We will initially remove one filter followed by the second and third
over a period of approximately 1 % weeks. The filters will remain in bypass by our estimation
for approximately three months. We anticipate the completion of the bypass to be no later
than the end of October or first of November. I will follow up with a formal communication
when the new filters are installed and in service.

I am writing to advise you that effective today, we using chlorine for disinfection at the
Country Woods East WWTP. The UV will be completely bypassed beginning tomorrow
morning, August 5t" until Friday afternoon August 7t". This is being done to relocate the UV for
the construction of the new treatment train. I will notify you once the UV is back on line.

I am writing to give you a heads up that construction will soon begin at CWE WWTP to expand
the plant per the attached ATC. During this process, we will have to temporarily bypass
filtration, but we will notify you prior to that phase and once again when the new filters are on
