This letter is to serve as notice that the pump and haul activities under permit WQ0041675 for
Apprentice Academy High School located at 2505 Weddington Rd. Monroe, NC 28110, has been
discontinued and the permit is no longer required.
The building sanitary sewer system has been permanently connected to The City of Monroe
sewer system, facility ID 0024333, per project number 19-62S.
The temporary tanks have been removed from the ground and there are no structures
remaining on site.
Note: The pump and haul project was originally permitted under pump and haul permit
WQ0041277, issued November 4, 2019. Due to that permit expiring, this new permit
WQ0041675 was issued.
