Remarks:
This submittal includes permit documents for low-density post-construction stormwater plan approval for a single-
family residence.
This project is in Transylvania County. We corresponded with you by email on general requirements in December 2019,
when Mr. &Mrs. Blue and builder David Cox were assessing permitting for the pasture,which would create a total
disturbance of greater than one acre. They decided not to pursue the pasture. Home construction commenced in
January 2020 under their approved building permit. Around May 2020,the owners rethought their initial desire to
create a pasture,and we were engaged to proceed with civil work in July 2020.
We have concurrently submitted to NCDEQ Asheville for erosion control permit approval.
