The Corps has reviewed the Department's request for a burial waiver regarding the installation of a 60" by 65' in length
CMP with headwall in the same location along SR 1501 (Sand Ridge Road) where it crosses a UT to Parrot Swamp. Based
on the information provided the waiver seems
reasonable and the best solution for such a steep geomorphic fall. Please be reminded you are operating under
nationwide 3 and you still need to abide by all other standard and regional conditions. This action has been assigned
action ID # SAW‐2020‐01027. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
