The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on January
6, 2020. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for Lagoon Nurs-2, Lagoon Nurs-3, and Lagoon Nurs-4 at the Sea Gro, LLC facility. Due to the
amount of treatment volume available, and the rate of sludge accumulation for the lagoon, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2022 for Lagoon Nurs-2
only.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon Nurs-2 at Sea Gro, LLC should be performed before
December 31, 2022.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon Nurs-3 at Sea Gro, LLC should be performed before
December 31, 2020.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon Nurs-4 at Sea Gro, LLC should be performed before
December 31, 2020.
