This inspection consists of (1) a review of the permit and accompanying documentation to determine compliance with permit conditions, and (2) an on -site inspection of several collection system components. The attached inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for the inspection, with notable findings outlined as follows. Site Inspections 1. Pump Stations —The Peach Orchard and Eastern Shores pump stations were inspected. a. At the Eastern Shores pump station, the visual alarm did not illuminate when tested. b. No other issues were noted. High Priority Lines — A high priority line near Peach Orchard Pump Station, and 2 lines near E. Cone Blvd and N. Church St were inspected. No issues were noted. Manholes — A manhole near Peach Orchard Pump Station was inspected and no issues were noted. Permit Conditions 1. Please be sure to document an annual general observation of the entire collection system. A certification statement is acceptable, and an example statement was provided after the inspection.
