Thank you for the additional information. Our Stormwater Engineer, Ms. Chonticha McDaniel reviewed the SMP and has
the following request for additional information. Please copy Chonticha when you respond and don't hesitate to email
her directly if you have any questions.
1. There's no documentation or field boring logs provided to show how the SHWT (elev. 550) at the site was
determined.
2. Plan Sheet C-902 shows outlet structure located at the sand filter chamber, however, other sheets show it is
located under the second sediment chamber. This need to be clarified to ensure the incoming stormwater will
go through the sand media chamber prior to discharging to the outlet (i.e. no short circuit within the sediment
chamber). A detailed profile drawing of the entire SCM should be provided, C-902 is missing profile of the
second sediment chamber.
The application will be placed on hold until receipt of the requested information.

Thank you for your PCN and attached information, dated 7/14/2020, for the above referenced project. I have reviewed
the information and need clarification before proceeding with verifying the use of Nationwide Permit (NWP) 39
(http://saw-reg.usace.army.mil/NWP2017/2017NWP39.pdf). Please submit the requested information below (via e-
mail is fine) within 30 days of receipt of this Notification, otherwise we may deny verification of the use of the
Nationwide Permit or consider your application withdrawn and close the file:
1) The Corps completed a field verification of the delineation of wetlands and other potential waters of the US
yesterday with BREC, including removal of the stream channel and the addition of wetland areas in the location of the
stream channel and areas upslope of the original delineation. Please update all project plans with the overlay of the
Corps -verified wetlands, and update the PCN as required.
