On July 10, 2020, you requested a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division of Water Resources
(Division) for the subject site. On August 17, 2020, the Division received a request from McGill
Associates on your behalf to withdraw the application. This letter acknowledges your request; your
application is withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for this
activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina General
Statutes and Administrative Code.
