Good Morning Ms. McCoy,
RPC Contracting recently received written notice from NCDEQ (letter dated 08-10-2020) regarding updates to
the NPDES General Permit Renewal and Electronic Reporting Requirements.
The letter requested, among other items, that we verify the accuracy of Owner Affiliation and Permit Contact
information currently in the NCDEQ database. The letter further reads that "Instructions for updating contact
information (including an on-line form) are available at: https://deq.nc.gov/SW-industrial?.
The current NCDEQ database information for Owner Affiliation (Robert D. Parker - [e-mail])
is correct and therefore will not need to be changed.
The current NCDEQ database information for Permit Contact needs to be updated.
I have visited the indicated web site and cannot find instructions/on-line form for updating contact information.
Am I missing something?
In any event, with regard to the subject NCG020143 NPDES Permit, RPC Contracting, Inc. would like to
change the current designated Permit Contact from:

to
Monica A. Parker - [e-mail]
