Tim Heim of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the facility
on August 8, 2020. Bernard Kelly (ORC) was present and assisted with the inspection.
No violations of the permit conditions or deleterious impacts to the receiving stream were observed at
the time of the inspection.
The facility is currently operating under the 2015 issued permit and the new permit is under review.
Special Permit Conditions were reviewed with the ORC as part of the inspection.
