Dear Mr. Coleman:
A review of the May 2020 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) revealed an error in calculations for Monthly Average
Flow for the subject violation. It was determined that the "No Flow" designation reported during the month of May
2020 was not calculated as zero flow for the subject time period and resulted in an error for the Total Monthly Flow
calculation. Therefore the Notice of Violation (NOV-2020-LV-0550) issued on July 23, 2020 is rescinded.
