You need to submit a new NOI, and when the new NOI is approved, you can disregard the payment instructions because we will waive the fee from our end. However, you'll still need to mail in the original signed NOI Certification Form. Once you receive the new COC, submit an NOT to close out COC number NCC203435. A copy of the previously approved NOI is attached for your reference. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with. Since this would be an ownership change, a new COC would be required, but you wouldn't have to pay the $100 fee again. Once the new COC is obtained, a Notice of Termination (NOT) would need to be submitted to close out the previous COC. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Alaina, We received our NCG01 permit last week, but this week realized we may have an issue and I wanted your guidance on how to handle it. The permit was complete using our registered entity name for the U.S. ("The Worley Group, Inc.). But, I've just found out our registered entity in North Carolina is "Worley Field Services". Does this impact the NCG01 permit? Is there a process to update the name, if so?
