On March 27, 2007, the Wetlands/401 Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a Fax/email request
from Mr. Bill E. Boston, Jr. of ColeJenest & Stone, P.A., regarding a project known as "Moores Chapel
Road/I-485 Retail Village-stormwater management plan" for acceptance into the Express Review
Program. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Review Program
once the following items are received:
a. The application fee of $1000.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water
Quality [stormwater management plan with one drainage area];
b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan

c. Three (3) copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project (site development
..plans, stormwater management plans, worksheets, etc.);
d. One (1) original and two (2) copies of an Operation & Maintenance Agreement for the
stormwater management facilities.
